SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY At SeeMore Toys, we take extreme care in packaging your handcrafted wooden toys to ensure safe and timely delivery across India and internationally. 1. Order Processing Timelines - All in-stock orders are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our Mumbai workshop studio. - Custom engraved or personalized milestone toys require an additional 2 to 3 business days for artisan carving. 2. Delivery Timelines & Transit - Standard Metro Delivery: 2 to 4 business days. - Non-Metro & Regional Delivery: 4 to 7 business days. - Expedited / Priority Air Shipping options are available at checkout for urgent birthday and baby shower registry orders. 3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping Tiers - FREE Standard Shipping across India on all orders above ₹999. - Flat ₹99 delivery fee applies for orders under ₹999. - Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes with a minimal ₹49 COD handling fee. 4. Order Tracking & Dispatch Notifications - As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your live courier tracking link (Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post). - You can also track your package anytime directly under 'My Orders' in your SeeMore account. 5. Damaged Shipments & Missing Items - In the rare event that your shipping box arrives tampered or physically damaged, please record a quick unboxing video and notify support@seemoretoys.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
